Clearwater Reboring (formerly LaBounty Reboring)

Jim Dubell bought out Cliff LaBounty and moved all the mahinery to his shop. I have never used him but have friends who have.

I feel stupid for having forgotten Norm Johnson. He's a great guy.

Another pitch for Jim Dubell. Immediately after purchasing and moving the equipment, Jim built my 480 Achilles. He rebored a 45 Ruger and done the necessary work to complete the job. Some of the rest of the work he does is simply first class to the highest degree.
Seeing some of the custom rifles he makes is gorgeous amd absolutely
some of the finest you will ever witness. The price was more than right.

I've discussed re-chambering my S&W 629 to .45 Colt from .44 Mag. with Dave Clements. He's top-notch. Thing is, turn around is a year, partly, he says, because he has to send the barrel out to be re-rifled in the larger caliber. I'm willing to wait. jd45
